Warranty Returns

DiscountGolfShoes.com honors all manufacturers´ shoe warranties. Should you experience any defects please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the shipping box. Please include a completed return request form. Click here for a Return Authorization Form if not found in your box or you do not have one. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage to us, however no additional postage will be charged to replace defective merchandise. Replacement shoe warranties are prorated from the original date of purchase. For your protection we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority Mail for tracking and insurance information.

Return all items to: DiscountGolfShoes.com, 7700 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Please do not return shoes to the manufacturer as this will only delay any credits or substitutions.

Exchange or Credit Return

To return any product that is unused within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the original shipping box. Please include a completed return request form. Click here for a Return Authorization Form if not found in your box. Product(s) must be returned in the condition it was received including warranty cards, manuals and accessories or you will be subject to a minimum 20% return charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on all exchanges and returns for credit. If an exchange item is desired a $5 shipping fee will apply. For your protection we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority Mail for tracking and insurance information.
