We also accept payment by check; however, please note that payment by check requires that the check clear the bank before the order is processed. Shipping Policies
Domestic Ordering & Shipping
In-stock orders will be shipped within one business day. Depending upon the stocking situation orders may be shipped from our location in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or directly from the manufacturer. On occasion an order might be fulfilled from multiple locations if more than one product was ordered. Expect different delivery dates if this occurs. Our system will generate a UPS tracking number for all domestic shipments and will be emailed to you, however for items sent directly from the manufacturer please call 800.780.7242 to request shipping information. Shipping costs are determined by using our UPS shipping calculator.
Please Note:
UPS does not count the pick-up day as a shipping day. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Please do not use a P.O. Box as a ship-to address. UPS will only deliver to street addresses.
Deliveries left at a door, on a porch or left unsigned are the responsibility of the customer, not the carrier or DiscountGolfShoes.com.
Your credit card will be billed by the Palm Beach Golf Center.
International Ordering & Shipping
All International Orders must be paid for by using PayPal. Contact us if you do not have a PayPal account and we will explain how PayPal works and help you set up an account. It is very quick and simple to do.
In-stock shoes will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International the next business day.
Out-of-stock shoes will be shipped the next business day after they arrive at our delivery facility from the manufacturer.
Purchaser is fully responsible for any and all duties, tariffs and other miscellaneous charges.

Warranties & Returns
Warranty Returns
DiscountGolfShoes.com honors all manufacturers' shoe warranties. Should you experience any defects please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the shipping box. Please include a completed return request form. Click here for a Return Request Form if not found in your box or you do not have one. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage to us, however no additional postage will be charged to replace defective merchandise. Replacement shoe warranties are prorated from the original date of purchase. For your protection we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority Mail for tracking and insurance information. Return all shoes to: DiscountGolfShoes.com, 7700 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Please do not return shoes to the manufacturer as this will only delay any credits or substitutions.
Exchange or Credit Return
To return any product that is unused within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the original shipping box. Please include a completed return request form. Click here for a Return Request Form if not found in your box. Product(s) must be returned in the condition it was received including warranty cards, manuals and accessories or you will be subject to a minimum 20% return charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on all exchanges and credits.
