How do I return a purchase?

Return for warranty issues
DiscountGolfShoes.com honors all manufacturers' shoe warranties. Should you experience any defects please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please include a completed return request form. Click here for a Return Request Form if not found in your box. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage to us, however no additional postage will be charged to replace defective merchandise. Replacement shoe warranties are prorated from the original date of purchase. For your protection we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority Mail for trackingand insurance information. Return all shoes to: DiscountGolfShoes.com , 7700 N. Return for an exchange or credit
To return any product that is unused within 30days of receipt, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the original shipping box. How much does shipping cost?
Cost will vary depending upon how many products you order (weight), mode of shipment (ground or air) and your location (distance from West Palm Beach Florida). Our shipping costs to you reflect our charges from UPS and do not include an up-charge (you pay what we pay). To determine your cost, fill your shopping cart with your purchase, select your mode of shipment (ground or air), then add your zip code in the proper field.
Can I expedite shipment?
Yes. You can specify whether you want UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Keep in mind that some shipments will not leave either our shipping facility or the manufacturer's (if the item has to be drop shipped) until 24-48 hours after you place your order online. For example, an order placed on Monday via Next Day Air may not arrive until Wednesday or Thursday depending upon what time of day the order was placed and who will be shipping your order. Also, when counting the number of days for shipment do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please call us at 800-780-7242 if you need a definitive answer about shipping times in transit and costs.

How long is it before I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground within 24 hours (one business day) and will take anywhere from one day to six days. Our system will automatically email you the tracking number of your package once it has been picked up by UPS here at our facility. Orders that are drop shipped from the manufacturer will require that you call us at 800-780-7242 for tracking information. And yes, we are working with our vendors to try and solve that glitch.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For domestic orders we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank. International shipments must use PayPal - no other form of payment will be accepted. Check payments must clear our bank before we will ship your order. Allow 10 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Shipments to destinations other than the 50 United States will ship via the U.S. Post Office which is cheaper than UPS or FedEx.
Why is my credit card not getting approved?
For your protection, we verify the security number (3 or 4 digit CVV) and address for all credit cards. Please double check the credit card number and expiration date. If you experience difficulties during checkout, please call your credit card issuer for assistance. Keep in mind when we ask for your billing address this is the address that your credit card statements are mailed to and may not necessarily be the location of your residence.

Do you carry a specific model/color/size?
We carry a large selection of product. For all in-line shoes (those that are not closeout), we are able to ship all available sizes for those models listed on the site for FootJoy, Nike, Callaway, Etonic, Adidas, ECCO, Golfstream, and Aerogreen . We also add new styles and brands often. We also receive new styles of blems and closeouts regularly, so come back to see what’s new on the site. However with those styles, we can only ship for those models, colors and sizes that are shown on the site. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. We are required by law to charge sales tax (6.5%) on all shipments to addresses in Florida.

How do I know my shoe size?
Unless you have tried on the shoe recently or worn that particular shoe before there is no guarantee that the shoe will fit comfortably. Make every effort to try on the exact shoe or a model that is similar to the one you wish to order.
What do the letter sizes stand for?
Certain models, namely FootJoy shoes, use letters to denote width. The below table serves as a general rule for widths:

What is a blem?
A blem is a shoe that has been inspected and found to have a very minor cosmetic imperfection. In most cases blemishes are very hard to identify. Also, keep in mind that blemishes will not affect the performance or the shoe’s comfort. These are brand new shoes in the box.
What is a closeout?
A closeout is a discontinued style that is no longer produced. They are new and qualify for all warranty coverage.

How should I care for golf shoes?
Proper care and maintenance can extend the life of your golf footwear. Here are a few care tips:
  • Always clean your shoes with a leather cleaner after each round and store them at room temperature. Golf shoe leathers are specially treated for moisture control and clean-up better with a cleaner than with soap, water and polish.
  • Never leave your shoes in the car’s trunk or in a garage. Constant exposure to both heat and cold can cause leathers to become brittle and crack.
  • Use cedar shoe trees. They will remove any excess moisture and help the shoes to retain their shape.
  • Not walking on cart paths or asphalt will prolong the life of your golf shoe spikes.
  • Replace your golf shoe spikes every 10-15 rounds or as needed.
What does a waterproof warranty mean?
Some golf shoes include either a one year, two year, up to a three year waterproof warranty. The warranty is determined by the shoe construction. A one year waterproof shoes has a treated leather upper while a two/three year waterproof shoe usually includes a waterproof membrane. If you have a warranty issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We honor all valid manufacturer warranties.

What is the difference between real leather and synthetic leather?
A genuine leather shoe upper is waterproof but requires more upkeep than a synthetic leather shoe. It often breathes better and is cooler on the feet. A synthetic leather upper requires less maintenance but is usually not waterproof. It also tends to be warmer than a leather shoe.
